You’ve made the promises to yourself.

You’re going to eat better. Move more. Get enough sleep. Find a way to manage your stress.

And you mean it.

But somehow, despite your good intentions, you keep ending up right back where you started.

Maybe you’ve begun to wonder what’s wrong with your motivation, your discipline, or your ability to follow through.

What if there’s another way?

Intentionally Well: Foundations is a three-month, one-on-one health and wellness coaching partnership to help you move from wanting to take better care of yourself to actually creating a life that supports your health and well-being.

It’s a question I like to explore with my coaching clients before we even start talking about setting health goals.

Because there’s a difference between doing something because you think you’re supposed to and making changes in service of something that genuinely matters to you.

So forget about everything you think you should be doing for a moment.

What do you actually want for yourself?

What do you want more of in your life?

What would better health and well-being allow you to experience, enjoy, or pursue?

Maybe you’ve been so busy keeping everything going that you haven’t spent much time thinking about those questions.

But your answers matter.

Because the goal isn’t simply to become someone who checks all the boxes of healthy living.

It’s to have the health, energy, and freedom to live a life you actually want to be living.

And that’s where we begin.

You probably already have plenty of advice about what you should be doing for your health.

What you may not have is someone helping you figure out how to turn what you know into lasting changes in your life.

That’s what health and wellness coaching can offer.

As your coach, I’m not going to hand you a meal plan, prescribe a morning routine, or tell you what your priorities should be.

Instead, we’ll work together to discover what matters most to you, understand what’s been standing in your way, and find new ways of approaching the changes you want to make.

We’ll experiment. We’ll learn. We’ll celebrate what’s working.

And when something doesn’t go according to plan?

We’ll work with that, too.

Because progress isn’t about doing everything perfectly.

It’s about building the confidence, skills, and trust in yourself to keep moving forward.

And you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

Not a completely different life overnight.

But a meaningful beginning.

Imagine feeling more confident in your ability to make decisions about your health.

Knowing what you’re working toward and why it matters to you.

Recognizing the patterns that have kept you going around in circles and beginning to make different choices.

Making time for your health without feeling like it’s competing with everything else that’s important to you.

And discovering that you’re capable of more than you’ve been giving yourself credit for.

The changes themselves will be unique to you.

But the bigger possibility is this:

Instead of spending another three months wishing things were different, you could spend them beginning to create something different.

Sheryl Davis, NBC-HWC

National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach

I’m the founder of Wellness in a Chaotic World, and I’m fascinated by what it actually takes to care for our health when knowing what to do isn’t the problem.

My interest in this work is personal.

I’ve experienced the frustration of dealing with health issues that didn’t come with simple answers. I’ve also spent plenty of time navigating the gap between knowing what would support my health and actually making those things a priority.

And I’ve learned that the answers aren’t always found in another plan, another set of rules, or trying harder.

Sometimes we need to question the assumptions we’ve been carrying about our health, our abilities, and what we’re allowed to want for ourselves.

That’s a big part of what drew me to health and wellness coaching.

I believe you deserve to be an active participant in your own health and in the life you’re creating.

And I’d love the opportunity to partner with you as you discover what’s possible for you.

A three-month partnership to begin transforming your health and well-being.

Intentionally Well: Foundations is a private, one-on-one coaching experience designed to give you the space, guidance, and ongoing support to begin making meaningful changes in your life.

Over three months, we’ll work together to:

Get clear about what you really want.

Not someone else’s definition of healthy. Yours. We’ll explore what matters to you, what you want more of, and what taking better care of yourself could make possible.

Understand what’s been getting in your way.

We’ll get curious about the habits, assumptions, circumstances, and patterns that may be keeping you in the same place.

Discover new ways forward.

You’ll begin experimenting with changes that move you toward the life you want, learning what works for you and what doesn’t.

Build confidence in your ability to follow through.

You’ll have someone in your corner as you put your intentions into practice, navigate challenges, recognize your progress, and learn to trust yourself along the way.

This isn’t about following my version of a healthy life.

It’s about creating yours.

Your investment

$1,497 for three months of private coaching

An investment in your health, your well-being, and your ability to create meaningful change that extends beyond our time together.

You might be wondering what we would even talk about during our sessions.

The answer is: the things that matter to you.

You bring your experiences, your hopes, your questions, and your ideas about what you’d like to change.

I bring my training, curiosity, perspective, and the ability to help you look at things in ways you might not have considered before.

Sometimes that means exploring why something you thought would be simple has turned out to be difficult.

Sometimes it means recognizing progress you hadn’t even noticed.

Sometimes it’s asking a question that opens up an entirely different possibility.

We won’t always have the answers right away.

And that’s okay.

This is a partnership, not a performance.

You don’t have to show up with everything figured out. You don’t have to impress me with how much you’ve accomplished since our last conversation.

You get to show up as yourself.

And we work from there.

This partnership may be a good fit if you’ve been thinking things like:

  • “I know I need to take better care of myself, but I can’t seem to make it happen.”
  • “I keep putting my health on the back burner, and I don’t want to keep doing that.”
  • “I’m tired of starting over every time things don’t go according to plan.”
  • “I want to feel better, have more energy, and enjoy my life.”
  • “I know something needs to change, but I’m not sure where to begin.”

You don’t need to have a perfect goal, a detailed plan, or even a clear picture of what you want yet.

That’s part of what we can explore together.

What matters is your willingness to be curious, participate in the process, and begin approaching your health in a different way.

Real experiences from people who have worked with me through health and wellness coaching.

“With her questions, which are so good, [I] come up with my own decisions about how to keep my goals front and center in my own life.”

Kelly T.

I’m so thankful that I am able to work with Sheryl on a regular basis. What she does so well, is hold space so that I can think about what’s important to me, and then with her questions, which are so good, come up with my own decisions about how to keep my goals front and center in my own life. Whether she helps me remember a tool that I’ve already put in place in the past, but that I forgot about, or creates a new tool, she helps me stay consistent and aligned to the important objectives in my life.

“One of the most valuable parts of this experience was digging deeper to look at possible blind spots…”

LaVonna W.

Before working with Sheryl, I was struggling with action steps. With coaching, I started to dig in as to why that happens. Now I am working on implementing those steps. One of the most valuable parts of this experience was digging deeper to look at possible blind spots or reasons why I procrastinate.

“She helps me stay focused on my goals and keeps me accountable in a way that feels supportive.”

A. T.

“Working with Sheryl has been such a great experience. I’m not someone who opens up easily or offers a lot unless asked, but she knows exactly how to guide our conversations and make me feel at ease. She helps me stay focused on my goals and keeps me accountable in a way that feels supportive. She’s easy to talk to, understanding, and encouraging. I’m so grateful to have Sheryl as my health coach.”

Do I need to have a specific health goal before we start?

Not at all. In fact, one of the first things we’ll explore is what you want for your health and your life. If you’re not entirely sure yet, that’s a perfectly good place to begin.

What happens during a coaching session?

Our sessions are conversations focused on you and what you’re working toward. I’ll ask questions, listen, reflect what I’m hearing, and help you explore possibilities and make decisions about your next steps.

You’ll have an active role in shaping our conversations and deciding what you want to work on.

How is coaching different from getting advice from a doctor or following a wellness program?

Your healthcare providers can help you understand your medical needs and recommend appropriate treatments or lifestyle changes.

Coaching helps you decide how to act on your priorities, navigate obstacles, develop new habits, and create changes you want to sustain.

I don’t diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace your healthcare team.

What if I’ve tried to make changes before and haven’t been successful?

Then we’ll have experiences we can learn from.

Rather than assuming you need to try harder, we’ll get curious about what you’ve tried, what happened, and what might help you approach things differently.

How much time will I need to commit?

We’ll meet for six 30-minute coaching sessions over three months, typically every other week.

The time you spend between sessions will depend on what you choose to work on. We’ll consider your other commitments as we explore what you’re ready to take on.

What if I’m not sure coaching is right for me?

That’s exactly why I offer a free 20-minute introductory call.

It’s a chance to talk about what you’re looking for, ask questions about coaching, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
There’s no obligation to enroll.

You don’t have to know exactly where you’re going before you begin.

But if you’re ready to make your health a meaningful part of the life you want to live, I invite you to explore what we could create together.

Intentionally Well: Foundations is an opportunity to spend three months giving your health, your well-being, and your future the attention they deserve.

And I’d be delighted to explore that possibility with you.
