My guest today is Lo Bundy from Nova Scotia, Canada. She says having to slow down during the pandemic and heal from two concussions forced her to face the fear that arose for her while sitting in stillness.
During her recovery, she had a mentor who introduced her to breathwork — and it changed everything for her — allowing her to drop into her body, reduce her post-partum anxiety to the point where she no longer needed medication, and rebalance her life and business so that she was embracing both her masculine and feminine qualities.
