Inner Work: Coping with Anxiety and Chronic Pain with Cara Newman

Welcome back, everyone! I’m very excited to kick off Season 2 of Wellness in a Chaotic World. I have some incredible episodes lined up that are filled with inspiring stories and valuable insights from people who are learning to live well despite all of the pressure and unhealthy fallout we experience from living in a modern world that’s often mismatched with our needs.

I know that podcasts are somewhat notorious for fading away or losing listeners when the host takes a break between seasons, so I want to thank you for joining me on this journey again. When it comes to personal health and wellness, the topics are endless. I’ll never be done learning, and I hope to continue bringing you what I’m learning from others for as long as I am able.

So let’s get into today’s interview…

My guest today is Cara Newman, a certified life coach, mind-body practitioner, and dedicated elementary school teacher with over 20 years of experience in education.

Cara says she is passionate about life and nature, and she’s deeply committed to practices like meditation, mindfulness, and polarity work. She believes that all the answers we seek lie within us, and she’s on a mission to support people in reclaiming their power.

Cara’s passion is helping others get to know themselves in the most intimate and loving ways, unlocking the power that has always been within. She says she loves sharing her stories of resilience and possibility, and I am thrilled to have her share a few of her stories with us today.
