Embracing Transformation: Podcast Update & Free Health Coaching Opportunity

In today’s episode, I’m sharing an important update about where I’ve been and what’s next for the podcast. After some time away, reflecting on my purpose and the direction of the podcast, I’ve decided to make a change.

This winter brought a lot of personal and professional shifts that made me question what I truly wanted to offer through this platform. Through deep reflection, I realized that I’ve been longing to serve others in a more direct and impactful way. So, I’ve enrolled in a health and wellness coaching program with the goal of becoming a board-certified health coach.

I’m also reaching out to you for help. As part of my training, I need to practice coaching, and I’m looking for a few people to work with for free over the next few months. If you’ve been thinking about focusing on your health and wellness, this could be a great opportunity to explore what coaching can offer.

I also share some personal insights about my journey, including how I’ve realized I don’t always ask for help when I need it and how I’m learning to shift that mindset.

About the Free Health Coaching Opportunity

Two years ago, I had this crazy idea to start a health & wellness podcast, even though I’m an introvert and never imagined using my voice in this way. Through this journey, I’ve met so many amazing health coaches, wellness practitioners, and doctors who have inspired me! And I’m excited to announce that I am now enrolled in a health and wellness coaching program that’s designed to help me become a board-certified health coach (https://nbhwc.org/).

As part of my training, I need to coach several clients over the next few months to practice my skills. If you’re ready to focus on your health and wellness, I’d love to meet with you for 4 to 6 sessions, each lasting 30 minutes. Together, we’ll work on strategies to help you achieve your goals.

To meet my program requirements, I’ll need to record our sessions via Zoom and submit them for feedback. If you’re open to that and would like to explore areas of health and wellness that matter most to you, I’d be happy to chat more about the opportunity.
